Kenneth A. Eaton PhD, MSc, BDS, FFGDP(UK), MGDS RCS (Eng), LDS RCS (Eng), FFPH, ILT(M) has had a very varied career over the last 38 years during which he worked for several years as a General Dental Practitioner and in the Community Dental Service. He has been: Director of the Royal Air Force School of Dental Hygiene and Clinical Adviser in Periodontology, Senior Dental Officer at the Department of Health (England), with responsibility for all aspects of Dental Education, Director of the National Centre for Continuing Education of Dentists and Visiting Professor at a Dental School in Portugal. He is currently on the specialist lists for Periodontology and Dental Public Health and is a visiting Professor at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London, Editor of Primary Dental Care and Team in Practice, National Research Co-ordinator for the Faculty of General Dental Practice and Adviser to the Council of European Chief Dental Officers. |
