Charlotte Jeavons Dip. H&SW, OHE, RDN, Cert. ML, MIHEP has held the position of Senior Oral Health Promoter for Haringey TPCT since 2000 after gaining a Distinction in Oral Health Promotion from Queen Mary's University. In 2001 Charlotte was appointed by Bart's and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry as Oral Health Education course co-ordinator, a post she holds to this day. In 2004 she was seconded to the position of Head of Oral Health Promotion with the international charity Dentaid where she worked closely with the Department of Health on a national campaign. Charlotte currently holds the position of Hon Treasurer for the National Oral Health Promotion Group. She has recently contributed to a textbook for dental therapists. In 2006 Charlotte and her colleagues were presented with a BDA award for research into student's confidence levels. Charlotte is due to complete a BSc in 2006. |
