The British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy have a vacancy for an experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER

To provide a streamlined and fully integrated administration service to BSDHT in the support of all its operations.

The post will involve the management of day to day administrative activities, including membership, marketing and financial matters and the management of the Society’s website. The Operations Manager will manage a small administration team

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role and an excellent working knowledge of the dental profession and market or a similar environment. It will be necessary to have highly developed interpersonal skills and a good knowledge of Sage Management Account systems.

Knowledge of healthcare and experience in managing a small team would be an advantage

Location: This is an office based post at our offices in Rugby

Salary: circa £28,000

This is an exciting time for the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy and there will be an opportunity to expand the role for the right candidate.
