Strategic Plan

BSDHT's strategic plan is the basis upon which the Society operates.  It directs the decision making processes within the Society and provides mechanisms to monitor progress and success.  The plan is all embracing and affects all aspects of the Society's business.

BSDHT's Mission Statement

• Promote the study of oral health and to provide a consultative body to whom reference may be made by public or private bodies for guidance in connection with the dental hygienist profession
• Maintain the honour and interests of the dental hygienist profession
• Represent and safeguard the common interests of members
• Provide opportunities for post qualification education
