BSDHT presents OHC 2022

This year’s OHC will take place at Manchester Central (the convention centre formerly known as the GMEX Centre) in the exciting city of Manchester on 25-26 November – save the date in your diaries!

The OHC is the must-attend event of the year for Dental Hygienists and Dental Therapists and our flagship member event. By attending you’ll benefit from two days of clinical education and CPD, with talks from leading speakers and updates from the profession. Alongside the educational programme there are lots of opportunities to network with colleagues, experts, and industry, plus the legendary Friday Night Party!

The programme and other conference features are in development – check back here for regular updates and announcements.

Who should attend

The conference has something for all the dental team including Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy students. The BSDHT encourages skill mix and recognises the benefit of this team approach.

With a combination of exiting keynotes speakers, multi-stream parallel sessions and hands-on workshops1, the OHC programme is designed so you can plan your attendance to suit your individual learning needs. The programme is in development and will be available in May.

Previous OHCs

We were thrilled to be back to an in-person event at OHC in Glasgow in November.

Nearly 300 of you joined us at the SEC Scotland and the atmosphere was electric as we saw old friends and colleagues for the first time in a while. More than 90% of delegates told us they plan to attend OHC 2022 and we hope to see even more of you there.

If you weren’t with us in Glasgow, watch a snapshot of what you missed and why you might want to think about joining us in Manchester this year.

Photos from OHC 2021 Glasgow

We are delighted to share some photos from our recent Oral Health Conference 2021 in Glasgow and following the success of the conference, planning starts this month for OHC2022 in Manchester this November and the team are brimming with excitement for this year’s conference!

Can you spot yourself??!
